About Our Table
Each table is handmade under careful guidelines so that all of the assembled parts work as a complete unit as designed.
Four tables give you multiple of options for your home or office to enjoy the flexibility of having two tables in one.
Each table has 8 proprietary gears that raise and lower the top to the height you want. The arrangement of the gears along with the torque created prevents any backtracking, meaning the top cannot be pushed down by hand. The top must be raised and lowered with the hand wheels.
The 1/4” steel frame is welded so there’s no shimmy and shakin’ going on. Heavy duty 3/4” lockable threaded stem casters on all 4 corners assure you a smooth ride and the guarantee of staying in place once locked down.
The 1” stainless steel axles and the 3/4” stainless steel driveshaft will not tarnish or rust. The steel frames are finished in rust proof paint and some powder coat applications.
SOMETIMES IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS.
Nameplates.
Personalized Nameplates
To avoid any arguments about who the table belongs to we make two permanent nameplates with your information and date made, discretely but permanently attracted at each end of the table base.
Corporate Nameplates
Inventory control was never easier. With your corporate nameplates on every table there will be no doubt who the boss is.
Anonymous Nameplates
Keeping its simple with the table number and date.
Gears and Bearings
Double Ringed Bearings
It’s how we roll. Smoothly so there’s no unwanted rough spots.
Gears
Eight different proprietary gears all working together to give you the smoothest operation possible.
Oil Embedded Sleeve Bearing
These bearings release oil while in use so you’ll never need to worry about wear.
R&D
We’re constantly working on variations and improvements to our tables.
We feel pretty sure we could make a table frame out of wood or glass, it’s just a matter of making one.
Everything usually looks great on paper but will it work? Sometime it does and sometime it doesn’t. Building a prototype can help determine where all the problems might come up and it’s easy to remedy. Usually.
