SHIPPING
Once orders are received allow four to six weeks for fabrication.
Currently, we only ship in the continental United States. All tables are shipped in a wooden crate. Tabletops are shipped with the frame but not attached. Delivery time can take 1-5 days depending on your location. Contact us if you want an order shipped elsewhere.
Shipping is curbside to your shipping address. Once the table is uncrated, two people can easily move the table through a 30" doorway. The larger Gordo table may require being moved through a doorway on it’s side. A furniture dolly is helpful.
The freight company will contact you by phone to arrange for delivery time.They will need a 4-hour window during which someone will be available to accept the delivery.
RETURNS
You must inspect the table at the time of delivery. If it is obvious that the table has arrived damaged, do not accept delivery. Write "Product Damaged" on any documents that the driver asks you to sign and contact us right away. We will work with the shipper to examine the extent of the damage and the cause of the damage and will arrange for the return and replacement of the table when warranted.
If you neglect to inspect the table upon delivery and later discover damage, contact us right away as you may need to file a damage claim with the shipper. Be sure and retain all of the original packaging until your claim has been resolved. Damage claims must be received within 7 business days of receipt of the table
